How to reach the office.
Three ways in and they all arrive at the same desk. Use whichever is least effort for you. Nothing here goes to a call centre and nothing here puts you on a list.
Book fifteen minutes
A short call
Fifteen minutes, nothing to send in advance, no presentation at the other end. If there is nothing on your file worth changing we will say so on the call.
Phone
The fastest of the three. If nobody picks up it is because he is on a call, and voicemail is checked rather than ignored.
Written questions get written answers. Attach the return or the policy summary if it saves you explaining it twice.

When somebody is here
Weekdays, Pacific time. Evening and early-morning calls happen often enough that they are worth asking for, and a Saturday is not out of the question if that is the only window you have.
February to the end of April is the tightest part of the year, for obvious reasons. It is still bookable. It just moves around more.
What to expect back
Enquiries are read by one person and answered by the same one, so this is not instant and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Most get a reply inside a working day or two.
Nothing here is monitored overnight or at the weekend. If it is time-sensitive, phone. That is faster than anything else on this page.
Send it in writing
We use your details to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.
Or put it in the box.
One line about the situation is plenty. Incorporated or not, roughly what the corporation looks like, and what it is you have been turning over. You will get a person writing back, not a sequence.
